Welcome To The Wow Makers. These Terms & Conditions Govern Your Use Of Our Photography And Videography Services. By Booking With Us, You Agree To Be Bound By The Terms Outlined Below.
Travel & Accommodation
Clients Are Responsible For Arranging Travel And Accommodation For Our Shoot Crew For All Events Occurring Away From Our Offices.
Cancellations
If A Project Is Cancelled After The Advance Payment Has Been Made And The Team's Schedule Reserved, A Cancellation Fee Of 25% Of The Total Order Value Will Apply. Refund Of The Remaining Amount May Take Up To 90 Days.
Delivery Timelines
We Strictly Adhere To The Delivery Timelines Communicated At Booking. Early Delivery Requests Will Not Be Entertained, As They May Impact Timelines For Other Deliverables.
Change Of Plans
Any Change Of Plans Or Postponement Of Events Will Be Accommodated With The Best Team Available On The New Dates. Charges May Apply Depending On The Type Of Event And Crew Required.
Event Timings
Events Are Covered For Up To 6 Hours. Any Extension In Timings Must Be Intimated To Our Team In Advance And Will Be Charged At Rs. 30,000 Extra Per Photographer/Cinematographer.
Team & Coverage
Videographers Or Cinematographers Will Not Be Sent For Vratham Events; Only Photo Coverage Will Be Provided For Such Occasions.
Shoot Permissions
All Required Government Permissions For Couple Shoots Must Be Obtained By The Client. The Wow Makers Will Not Be Held Responsible For Any Fines Or Inconvenience Arising From Missing Permissions.
Print Albums
Albums Will Be Hand-Picked And Designed By Our Team. Clients Must Share Any Requested Changes Within 3 Days Of Review, Failing Which The Album Will Proceed To Printing.
Food & Dining Coverage
We Do Not Cover Food And Dining Areas, As Guests May Feel Uncomfortable Being Watched Or Recorded. Only Setups Are Covered, With Minimal Shots Taken.
Drone Coverage
Drone Coverage Is Not Complimentary And Is Chargeable At Rs. 10,000 Per Event. Drones Are Used To Cover Decor Only, Not People, And Are Subject To Government Permissions Attained By The Client.
Security For Loss
The Client Agrees To Indemnify And Hold The Crew Harmless For Any Liability, Damage, Or Loss Related To Technological Failure, Including Data Loss.
Data Safety
Although No Event Data Has Been Lost In Our 12 Years Of Operation, In The Rare Event Of Data Loss, We Will Either Shoot Another Event For Free Or Deduct The Corresponding Event Charges.
Additional Services Quality
We Do Not Take Responsibility For The Quality Of Web-Live, LED Walls, And Other Services Provided By Third-Party Vendors. Our Primary Focus Remains On The Quality Of Our Photography And Videography.
Governing Law
These Terms Shall Be Governed By And Interpreted In Accordance With The Laws Of India, With Jurisdiction Resting In The Courts Of Hyderabad, Telangana.
